This worked well for me, I (and a more mobile friend who did the setting the thing off part) used one of these in my lovely, low mileage 2011 Toyota IQ2. The car had only covered 23,406 miles in its 13 years and 4 months of use, but the pollen filter in the air conditioning system was causing a nicotine - like stench to appear after using the car since I bought it on Christmas eve. After removing the seemingly never changed before old (original?) filter and fitting a new filter of genuine Toyota quality, we used the vacuum cleaner to remove a lot of filth - including a cigarette butt or two - this before releasing the scent from the can into the car. So, after the running the engine with the car's doors and windows closed for fifteen minutes, followed by a ten minute run - still with the climate control system running recirculating air on its automatic temperature and fan speed settings, to best reproduce the day to day conditions during travelling about in the car, the original foul smell had gone to be replaced by an equally strong odour. That odour cleared within two days and some eighty seven miles of driving. So now, a fortnight or so after we used tge product, neither the nasty stench of dead cigarettes and the extremely strong whiff of lavender were detectable in the car. The scent in the car now is just as I'd hoped for when buying the product; a subtle and rather pleasant lavender fragrance. Now, a few more days later after application, that subtle fragrance is still there, which is lovely and I would say that i can and do recommend the product. It's great value when compared to some of the similar products available and, even though nobody's ever smoking in my car again (I'll be very vext if anyone does) I would definitely use this brand if the car does pick up an unpleasant stink in the future. So yes, I recommend this stuff, but can only describe my experience of the product. My car, as you'll know if you ever saw or sat in an IQ, is tiny, being a good six Inches shorter than a classic mini and about two inches longer than a Smart, yet capable of carrying three large adults and a baby seat. The point being that, if you have a Lincoln Continental or anything bigger than my 9ft, 9 Inch long, Japanese microcar, I cannot say how the product would behave in the larger cars that abound nowadays. Worst case scenario: buy another can and another after that if your stretched limo needs to be made to smell nice, the day after there's been a party of alcohol fed revellers in the back, some of them revisiting their previous meal, others losing control of bodily waste, you get the idea. But the product did a marvellous job for me and its subtle scent is still in the car and it resists having the heat turned up or even turning the aircon to its virtually refrigerated setting so I reckon it will last a while but don't expect miracles if your car is as big as mine is tiny. This Turtle Wax Odor-X works brilliantly! I used one can in my car and it completely removed all the lingering smells - including dog and food odours - in just one go. It leaves behind a really fresh “new car” scent that lasts for weeks. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the process only took a few minutes. Its okay, smells good for maybe a day or two but Fades away too fast. Also its almost suffocating for the first day when you enter the car. It seemed to have eliminated the bad smells in the long run but the fragrance doesnt last long. Good as an anti bacterial but thats it.

Used these multiple times before. Super simple to use, just press the button in and leave it in the centre of your car with the AC on full blast. You need to leave it running for about 2 mins as the product is released and then I leave it for about 5 mins running after that to let it circulate. It's a strong smell just after use but then becomes much more subtle after this. Each time I go in my car I can still smell it and it's honestly so nice! New car fragrance literally smells like it's just had a professional valet 👍 Highly recommend as really good quality.

This is simple to use, blast the car full of air freshner, I wouldn't say the smell stays for very long, it's strong at first but looses smell quiet quickly. If your looking at cleaning your car quickly to get rid of any bad odours this is great. Price isn't too bad either.

Projective vomit all over the car, even inside the automatic gear stick inlay. Ugh. Scrubbed, cleaned, brushed, bleached and finished with upholstery spray. Still a strong pong of sick. So, one can of this, and then the car absolutely stunk of lavender perfume meets new car smell. But at least no sick smell. Slowly, slowly over a few weeks this faded gently until the car's all back to normal. Great stuff, recommended, just be patient.

Brilliant but only good for a few days

Smell of the cherry bomb is there tho its not overly strong, it did remove all the smells i was having issues with However, it left a really bloody annoying film on my windscreens interior, so make sure to put a tower or something over the vents to prevent it being sprayed at them Infact it leaves a residue on damn near everything so keep that in mind because you will need to go through and clean it off, its just the windscreen it didnt wanna come off of
