Acer Aspire 3 Spin A3SP14-31T 14-inch Convertible Laptop - (Intel Core i3-N305, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, 1920 x 1200 Touchscreen Display, Windows 11, Silver)

Just took it out of the packaging, followed instructions and setup was completed in minutes. Great product, stylish, easy to use & light. Could not be happier. Oh and good price.

So far not showing signs of overheating, which has been a concern with previous models. The laptop is adequate for streaming and very good for normal surfing the web. Its a nice size not too big or small, so quite portable. Only small bugbear is that version of Windows 11 ( I changed it from 11S back to 11, too many restrictions) needs to be updated to a later version, and only just bought it! Otherwise, very pleased with this machine.

It’s a good overall general laptop. The speed is decent and allows opening all the programs I need to use due to the higher ram. Graphics ok. Design programs run a little slow but no real issues and for the price it’s more than acceptable. No complaints easily converted and upgraded to win 11 pro.I’d definitely recommend. Only con is it won’t recognise my external dvd player but all ports do function properly. Time will tell how robust etc it is but I do have high hopes.

Easy set up and quick always had an Acer laptop and the price does help.

This Acer laptop appeared well made and finished, took very little time to set up, the touchscreen is very responsive, and the screen bright and clear, so initially I was very positive about my purchase.However less then 24 hours from setting it up the screen failed, so I'm trying to return it, as Amazon are not offering an exchange, presumably as I bought it at an offer price, which has now been withdrawn.Unfortunately though, the only return option I've been offered by Amazon is a UPS collection. Unfortunately, so far this is not working out, as UPS did not arrive to collect it on the arranged day, and while I've managed to speak to UPS, they needed a tracking number to look into why their driver didn't complete the collection. However Amazons CS representative could not find a tracking number on Amazons system, so they just booked another collection in the hope UPS actually turn up next time, but again this did not generate a tracking number.So, if you need to return a faulty item to Amazon, it could prove to be very difficult, if as in my case Amazon limit your return options and fail to provide a tracking reference number.

Risky changing manufacture of laptop as I was used to Dell, however after taking time to get used to Windows 11, I finally am off and running with no problems. As a researcher my laptop is a workhorse and I am well satisfied I made the right choice. I took a long time researching and opted for this one.
