Great product but I've gone back to ordering this kind of stuff in bulk. Good in combination with buck for making bread/cake (fried up) or solo in soup(I'm still new to making soup but it seems to do well with that cooking style of using lots of water).

Having to be Gluten Free is not always easy. Having this teff flour available helps when making a batch of gluten free whole grain mix to use in making cookies, breads, and other baking. Good quality, good color. Color does make a difference when baking with teff.
