Very good value, great quality
Been using this brand now for a few years now, I take 2 in the morning, my skin feels elastic and my hair and nails really do grow quick quick (I am 57) ... and I also bought these to help my heart and BP, as I don't eat oily fish as often as I would like

Love this cod liver oil, I purchase it again and again. Some friends are all aches and pains but I take my cod liver oil daily and have never had any joint pain, highly recommended to anyone suffering from aches and pains. Very affordable, no smell, quite large but easy to swallow. Boost your energy levels.

Wasn't sure what to expect with a years supply of these. They do come in a quite large container as each capsule is a little bigger than most capsules like this. Bring bigger than normal I thought I might struggle to swallow them but I have had no trouble at all. Just to check what is inside I did bitec nto one and it most definitely is cod-liver oil like. Pretty disgusting but I only did it to test the ingredients. Normally if you just swallow the capsule there is no taste or smell at all. Super value for the amount you get. Brilliant.

Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid sourced from fish oil, rich in EPA & DHA which has been shown to support maintenance of normal blood pressure, contribute to normal brain function, as well as contributing to the maintenance of normal vision. Each capsule provides 180mg EPA & 120mg DHA, one of the highest doses available. Size of tablets are easy to swallow. Its quite cheap if you compare it with what you get at dm store. For me its the wise choice. I think its one of the best available options.
