Beaufiful, well made glass filter jug
I love this jug, it looks great, is easy to use with a sprung top flap that means I don't have to take the lid off. The filters are better value than the square 'maxtra' type but is still filters fast, kettle is still clear of limescale 12 days after installation even though the last 3 maxtras gave up after just 10 days (very hard water area). I love it being glass although it is a little heavier than a plastic jug. I am trying to remove the plastic from my life and this is as close as I am likely to get with a filter jug and yet the price is very sensible. Top tip: write your date of installation on the top of the filter so you know how long they last.

Excellent product, great price. Why buy plastic when you can buy glass!
Love this water filter jug. The glass seems thicker so stronger than the last one (which I accidentally dropped). Obviously much healthier and environmentally acceptable than the old plastic jugs. It doesn’t scale up and obviously being glass easier to clean. Would/ do recommend to all my friends. Why buy plastic when you can buy glass 🤔

Glass water filter
There are very few glass water filters on the market at the moment which is a surprise as many are trying to minimise exposure to plastics. It uses a universal filter and is compatible with Brita and Wilko’s budget version. I paid £22 and at the time of writing this had increased to £35. My only complaint is that the jug is very top heavy and in my opinion doesn’t have a very stable base which makes it easily knocked over. Despite this I am happy that I bought this water filter.

Excellent little water jug
I have had it for a month and absolutely love it. I have now tried the filters with added magnesium and love how the water tastes so fresh. The jug is easy to use and clean and the light system that shows you when to change the filter is very, very useful. It also looks very good in my kitchen. So glad I bought it!

Shonky lid.
The lid has a moving part, which has come apart. Poor design.

Filter was damaged
It is the second jug I am buying. Unfortunately the filter that comes with the jug this time was broken.
