Q: Does this powder contain molybdenum?

I don't think so. Molybdenum I think is a mineral. There are no minerals, trace or otherwise, in NAC.

Q: Does this come with the scooper? I searched the tub thoroughly and can’t find anything but a silica packet. How do I get it?

Mine did not come with a scooper either. Based on the amount of servings per tub you can calculate portion size... but a scooper would have been helpful.

Q: How many grams is 1 scoop? I didn't find any scoop in the box.

As others have mentioned, it's a pretty small scoop. It's roughly equivalent to .3tsp (1.5cc)
