Always go for the size your jeans are or medium if your 32 34 and above is a large but great quality purchase and worth every dime I wear mine to gym and I can tell you they stretch to any size on exercises I’ll be buying again soon

I’m not the tallest but I would definitely recommend going the next size up to what you normally wear. The product is very good and comfortable to wear.

The media could not be loaded. I was expecting compression tights, and top, these aren't nearly as good as Skins, but the quality in this one is above average, your suppsoed to wear it directly against your skin, then sports outfit on top. It does wick away some sweat, and is fairly comfortable, I just try not to compare it to Skins but it's so hard not to. They look similar.These are very large I ordered the XL because chest it says 37.8inches My chest is usually 39-44 I figured it was compression so I'd chance it being tight, and boi was I wrong, it's not tight at all, it's far larger than I can imagine and the bottoms are 29-32inch waist well right now I'm a 34-36 and this fits but isn't tight enough.These kinds of outfits should be compression to allow more oxygen to the muscles, these just help with sweat but I should of gone with Large not XL. I think the size guide is strange and a tad wrong, but the overall quality of these were top, yet not as good as my fav brand Skins. Then again these are far cheaper than Skins, and when I mean far cheaper, for the set here 18 quid Skins would cost £160+ but yeah these LNFINTDO well done for being good value for money.I've had some time to think after wearing it a while, I still think it deserves a 3 or 4 for it's value, and I think these aren't designed to be tight on the skin like skins are. It kind of reminds me of, under armor stuff. It's decent just not for me I suppose because of the slightly touching the skin isn't good enough for my epic sports. These are built for people that don't like tight compression I would say because of the loose feeling it gives.
