These are nice thick towels, and the construction quality appears good. Time will tell how they hold up with use as some towels tend to fray at the edges after a while. At $50 for a set of four, they are not exactly a bargain but they are certainly not thin & scratchy.

Do not be fooled. They are “wash your car” quality. Rough, skimpy weave. NOT hotel quality or even Big Box Store quality. Four-star ratings for this are a joke.

My "Misty Blue" 6-piece 100% "ring spun" cotton towel set arrived neatly packaged and all tied up with a ribbon and a bow, a nice touch for gift giving. The combo includes two generously sized (27" x 54") bath towels, two (16" x 28") hand towels and two (13" x 13" washcloths). After washing on the cool water setting and drying on cotton, they have all retained their shape and vibrant color. These towels perhaps fall somewhere in the middle range for thickness, are soft and absorbent for drying off. Both the bath and the hand towels have a horizontal design on both ends, the washcloth has one in a tight flat weave with sturdy stitching overall. The Host & Home brand tag on the bath towels is large enough to allow for hanging them up on small hooks for drying purposes.
