PetSafe Staywell 932 Cat Door with Tunnel

This cat flap has a design flaw that the flap is held up by two fragile metal floating "clips" that appear to be easily dislodged. One came out of it's seating within only a matter or weeks. There is no way to take the product apart I have found to reseat it, so I have used a small piece of a foam sticker to return the flap to its correct height whilst still allowing a bit of freedom of movement. Without this the flap sits slightly too low and does not close. Even when brand new the flap did not always return to fully closed due to not being heavy enough. It's also a bit on the small side (although my cat is a little large at 5.5kg). Although the magnet lock works well, I recommend avoiding the hassle and looking elsewhere!

Other cats break in all to easily. Had to fix it several times too flimsy. Trying Cat Mate model 355 next
