I made a cart with 2x3 wood for the legs and the standard wheels in the big box stores were all too wide. I found these locking swivel wheels which were perfect for my project. Not only were they the right width but they had an L bracket which screws onto the side of the leg making it more sturdy. The wheels come individually wrapped which came in handy as I needed to spray paint the L bracket to match the color of the leg. The locking mechanism is not too stiff and holds well, the swivel on the wheels is perfect making the cart very maneuverable. I've recommended these to a number of folks due to quality and price point.

Great casters for a mobile table. Well made and will support more weight than I needed. Fulfilled order promptly after similar vendors product was shipped in such flimsy packaging that UPS returned the empty package to supplier during shipment. Casters were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Bought these to make a ballister bookcase mobile and they work perfectly. The weeks are small enough to not look odd, but are large enough to roll from hardwood floors to rugs and back with no issues.

As a previous buyer posted, the screw holes for the horizontal plate are too close to the cup which holds the ball bearings for the screw heads to get past.. either the holes need to be spaced further apart, or different screws need to be provided.Other than that, they seem to be good quality

These are the best wheels I've ever used. Every size is easy to install, have an easily workable brake and have worked over a 2 year period even standing outside. The bonus so far has been the reasonable price. I highly recommend this product and have even bought them for gifts.

Pros: The casters are heavy duty and very sturdy. I am extremely pleased with the casters.Cons: The screws that come w/the castes are cheap and worthless. Out of 16 screws only two of the heads on the screws did not strip. I ended up having to go buy a whole box of screws that cost me $40! Much better in my opinion than the retractable casters. Simpler. Function well. Lock in place and can be hidden under the leg.

I got these to replace the castors that came on a room desk table from Disney Resorts. The castors that came on it were bulky and ugly, but I found the table would be too short without any wheels at all, so I ordered these. Since I became used to the table rolling, I did not want to devise a non-rolling alternative. These wheels are very petite, the two with locks are easy to set with your foot, and they roll very easily. My castors did not have the ability to be locked in place, nor did they roll particularly well; a very nice improvement.For the curious, Lakeland Antique Mall, FL carries furniture, props, art, costumes and decorations from Disney, Disneyland and their properties (I'm next door to Orlando). The turtle-top table was in a guest room and rolled under a TV shelf in the suite, so the table is short to accommodate the castors that came on it. The guest simply pulls the table out to use it. The Mall is where Disney basically "dumps" what has value, but what they don't want anymore. Resort furnishings come in bulk, but sell so quickly if you don't visit weekly, you'll miss something. The table was $65, because I know you want to know. When there are fewer (or one), the price goes up. The last one available sold for $95 and was exactly the same.
