The bottle is small enough to carry in my pocket, and a small dab is enough to help me keep my hold on the barbell during heavy deadlifts. I only use it for deadlifts, so I can't speak to its ability to hold up during longer sessions, but I haven't had a problem and it doesn't dry my hands out.

The bottle was a little tedious to open but it works well. It has a sort of "slick"/smoother after feel that some wet chalks don't have.

Gives my son great grip in the gym, no mess like chalk.

This product is reat for sweaty little hands in gym class.

I love this liquid chalk. It dries on the hands quickly. My grip has improved while weightlifting, and I no longer need lifting straps for certain lifts.

I mean, it’s liquid chalk, it all pretty much does the same thing. However, I really enjoyed this one a whole lot more than my last LARGE bottle of liquid chalk and it’s lasted me longer. This one actually has a scent to it which is actually really nice, so extra brownie points for that. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

This product does not stay on the hands. It goes everywhere else: on the weights, on clothes, on hym buddies lol. The product is very thin and does not stay long at all. Very disappointing, I had high hopes but will be returning to the previous brand I was using. Gave it two stars because I do like the container (will re-use) and the price is fair. Would not recommend for serious athletes, there are better options.

Bought this for my son. He is in track and field and does shot putt. Easy to clamp on gym bag. And easy to apply. Works well. Coats the palms of hand fine.
