Tasted more like mushroom than truffle sauce
Unfortunately, this truffle sauce did not quite meet the expectations. :( Flavor was lacking depth, and tasted more like mushrooms than anything else. No hint of truffle in the pasta sauce. I would advise looking into a different brand, if you're looking to create a truffle pasta / truffle-sauced entree or dish.
