Delicious 😋 shaved over pasta. And not as good as fresh but still tasty and affordable

Would leave 0 stars if i could. These absolutely do not taste anything like truffles. The outside was rock hard and they had an weird smell that was not consistent with truffles. If you cant get fresh, i would recommend truffles preserved in oil instead. I've had decent luck with those.

I couldn't smell or taste. Perhaps I had high expectations, because I know the taste of fresh mushroom, but this was the first time I tried it in this form from a jar.

Delicate flavor

I was having hopes of these being at least somewhat good, Nope.No aroma when opening the jar, which was a telltale sign that there would be no flavor whatsoever.I would recommend saving your money.

These truffles came in a glass jar. Mine came as 3 truffles. I grated these into butter to make truffle butter. They have a nice earthy scent that I expect from truffle. However, I did find it rather missing in flavor. The texture is like a mushroom. These are meant to be used within 7 days of opening and needs to be refrigerated once opened.
