Do not love at all
*Update* product still works, but the sensor broke. Disappointed in this product and it's outside my return window. Boo.I got this so my cat can drink from the sink. I was hoping to teach him to use it, but the sensor isn't sensitive enough. That's fine, because I know that's not it's purpose but, I practically have to touch it to turn it on. Second thing I'm not too fond of is that it doesn't turn off when you're done unless you trigger the sensor again (and by trigger, I mean touch). Instead it goes off after 3 minutes. That's a LONG time! If they fix the sensor, this will be a great product, especially for the price. But as for now, I'll tolerate it because it was work getting installing it.

Broke in less than 4 months
The faucet broke after 4 months of installing it. Started leaking water from the handle and of course my return window is closed.

Installed product water did not flow only a trickle. Item was sent back for full refund. Purchased a different brand.

El producto es muy útil fácil de usar, pero tiene varios problemas, las conexiones de las mangueras no son estándar y hay que colocarle adaptadores, la placa de soporte no cubre los huecos en mi caso y me tocó comprar otra placa, pero una vez instalado me parece un producto de buena calidad y muy práctico

Disappointed in H/C labels
I want a sleek matte black waterfall faucet for my guest bathroom and I made sure this one had the correct materials and pop-up feature. I opened the box to make sure it was all included, but didn’t take it out to inspect it so by the time my plumber showed up to install the faucet and I took it out of the box. I noticed it had a H and C on top of the water lever. I’m very disappointed that I didn’t notice this before or I would’ve returned it. I’m sure some people like to have that labeled for their children, but I wanted a plain black matte without labels..my bad and now have to live with it. *Other than the ugly H and C on the water lever, it is a beautiful faucet.
