Just received this , but very impressed with the product quality. Way better, stronger& sturdier than another one I bought for the same price from another company. But still incredibly light-weight which is great for my high roof lights . It also comes with a 5 year hook warranty. The hook is usually the vulnerable part so the warranty is reassuring. Another positive is the length adjustment of the pole- it’s very user friendly. This pole scores in all areas and value for money.

This item was delivered on time. The telescopic pole, for opening, our new velux windows, works extremely well. I would definately recommend this product. The cost was very reasonable compared to other models and it feels well built and sturdy as it will have to deal with opening and closing large windows several feet into the roof space.

Solid aluminium handle which can be lengthened or shortened. Very easy to use, has a hook for opening and closing velux blinds on the windows too. Much better than my last one which snapped in half (different make) Delivered to home before the expected date. Very happy with this, would recommend.

The pole is very sturdy and well made. Unfortunately the hook is very weak and has broke already. They do see replacement hooks but it’s another expense I could have done without.
