Qubino ZMNHZD1 Weather Station with USB Key 44 x 46 x 12 cm White

There were absolutely NO issues with the vendor of this Weather Station. All OK there!HOWEVER... Do NOT buy this kit if you're hoping to pair it with a VERA Z-Wave Controller! For some obscure reason, which Qubino cannot answer, the weather station was not 'implemented' properly, and so will NOT work with Vera controllers. E-mails to Qubino result in a cheerful dismissal, with a referral back to Micasaverde, who make the Vera controllers. Qubino were really most unhelpful. Both companies seem to be aware of the problem, but apparently can't be bothered to fix it.The instructions supplied were for an older model, which led to some confusion about the placement of the Z-Wave dongle.They no longer supply a mains adapter. (You need to buy a separate USB Mains Charger and plug it in somewhere in range of your controller). It is also necessary to open every sensor to remove the battery isolation tab, before you climb on the shed roof etc! The instructions obviously haven't properly kept up with the development of the product.Z-wave is a protocol used in home automation. All certified Z-Wave products should be interoperable with each other, regardless of who makes them. Qubino should take note!

Sur une eedomus+, l'installation est simple et rapide.Petite erreur quand même, les flèches représentant la direction du vent sont à l'envers par rapport à la convention utilisée par Météo France.Tout irait bien si le fonctionnement était pérenne, mais ce n'est malheureusement pas le cas. Après 16 à 20 jours, l'adaptateur USB ne fonctionne plus, et ne répond plus aux "polling" de l'eedomus.Seule solution, réinitialiser cet adaptateur, forcer l'eedomus à l'exclure puisque même l'exclusion "normale" ne marche pas, puis réinclure et refaire toute la configuration.Si il faut recommencer toute la procédure toutes les deux ou trois semaines, ce n'est pas viable. (et il faut être sur place, rien n'étant faisable à distance)

La estación meteorológica está bien y es muy completa. La tengo montada desde hace un par de meses en el exterior y el comportamiento es aceptable. Digo aceptable porque en mi caso el sensor de lluvia y el anemómetro/veleta pierden con mucha frecuencia la señal con el pincho. Y están a menos de 5 y 3 metros respectivamente. Evidentemente los primeros están en el exterior y el pincho en el interior. En el mismo piso y hay varias ventanas, no es todo pared. No ocurre lo mismo sin embargo con los sensores de temperatura y humedad, que se recibe siempre la señal a pesar de estar mucho más lejos, unos 10m y con más paredes, puertas, etc entre medias, estando este también en el exterior. En cuanto a la estanqueidad de la placa sola del anemómetro/veleta, veremos en unos meses, ya que parece mejorable. Echo en falta datos de lluvia media, ya que el pluviometro solo da datos inmediatos en mm/h y no medias.
