The media could not be loaded. Love this product, got it for £199 and few days later it’s at £299. It’s like having a cleaner twice a day. Good at cleaning but mop function isn’t brilliant but does clean quite well as it mops twice a day. Mops and hovers what you set it to do. So you can switch mop function off for carpets. As the mop function is still wet it does lift a bit of dirt from the carpet and it’s actually looking cleaner 👍 best buy I’ve done in years and certainly don’t regret it. Buy it you won’t be disappointed.

No more mopping the floors, great product!

Terrible software.It does a reasonable job of cleaning and the battery lasts well. BUT.It is forever deciding that it's base station had moved, and as a consequence gets itself really lost and doesn't manage to correct itself.It re maps all the time, such as passing the front door of it's open it's created a new 'room' of outside, even though it can't get there over the threshold, and you can't delete a room!It loses its orientation randomly and draws a new map on top of the old one and messes everything up.I am having to remap the house after deleting the map every few weeks and it drives me mad.This thing is not for for purpose. Customer support has not been helpful either.I want to return it and be rid of it. I'll definitely get a robot hoover again but never this one

There are no extra spare parts, filter, brush, mop, coming with it. Therefore you need to buy them seperately. It is powerful and positioning works perfectly with no go zones, detection of stairs. It cleans even around the bed legs by going in circles. Because of LIDAR it is a bit higher than regular vacuums.

I Paid £260 when it was on offer. I did my research before hand and I have to say I wish I could have had this sooner.I don’t write many reviews but as a disabled person this has made life easier keeping the place nice and clean. Either start it via the App or using Alexa by saying “Alexa, Turn Roborock On”.You Just need to empty the dust collector every day and that’s it. You can even schedule when to clean and when to charge which is ideal if you have an off peak electric tariff.This has a LiDAR which is very important so it can map the rooms, clean every inch of the place and also avoid bumping aimlessly around everywhere hoping it’s clean like some of those other robot vacuums.Buy it, you won’t regret it 👍

So I bought one of these similar on wowcher before as a robot Hoover and totally not worth the money so it was a bit loath to order another one but I read the reviews on this and thought sounds good and I read the specifications and sounds good and all I can say is 0MG wow wow wow what a life changer game changer this robot is I absolutely love my Robert he gets up every morning at 8:30 and he cleats and mops my house and it has made such a huge difference to my life and my mental health. I have dogs and cats and obviously they do mault and it used to get dragged up the stairs and nobody likes hoovering the stairs and I have carpet upstairs downstairs. I have laminate throughout the whole floor and I have a big house and he mapped out my house. I had to put a no-go area on because of where the Cats one of them is quite elderly and he toilets in there so he doesn’t go in that area anymore, but What an Absolute amazing piece of equipment it is so easy to clean and take apart and empty and he has a spa day once a week where I clean him and I take all his components out and I check everything I clean his sensors and he lives happily in my front room and he’s now part of the family and very much respected part of the family, so all I can say is if anybody is a bit Dubious about getting a robotic hoover if you have pets then this is the way forward all I can say is thank you so much Roborock. I have Q7 model and it is absolutely amazing. X

The last one lasted 6 years - this is the replacement and I love it .The washing skills are not brilliant but OK for a quick wipe over
