Love it
The light glows well, and the remote control as well so far. If you are a professional photographer, or a content creator, this is a must.

Budget Light Wand with Abundant Creative Possibilities
The applications for this kind of light, specifically given its form factor, are numerous, many of which are delineated in the product listing. Truthfully, this is a very handy light in the hands of a creative video producer or photographer. It's high output capability, and its shape, put it in a totally different category than all those little cubical or rectangular RGB lights with which someone might be tempted to compare it. It is both a "bi-color" light source, delivering a full range of color temperatures from 2500K to 6500K, with a high CRI (that I don't have the means to verify) and an RGB light. Of course, it also offers a variety of effects. I'm sure I am not the only one who rarely uses the effects, but they do have their uses. Some other positive features include a reasonably long battery life, adjustable barn doors to vary the width of light coverage and a 1/4"-20 thread at the base of the handle for mounting to a stand, boom or other grip gear. The battery can be recharged using the supplied USB-C cable connected to a not-provided USB power supply. There is also a simple-to-use IR remote control. And, very importantly, it all comes in a quite adequate carrying/storage case. That's a lot of good stuff, and it comes at a reasonable price. There are some issues I find with the Luxceo light wand, however. My first impression, when unboxing the product, was that the construction feels cheap. After some extensive use, however... well, it still feels cheap. Part of this is the handle, which could use some texturing, shape or covering to make it easier to grip securely. The unit feels a bit top heavy in the hand, which makes the need for a better grip more noticeable. The barn door construction goes a long way toward reinforcing the impression of cheep construction. They are not metal, but cheap-feeling plastic, fit very insecurely, and want to come loose more than they want to stay in place. This certainly discourages their use when moving the light is involved. There is no power supply, just a cable for charging the battery via USB. For studio use, parties, etc., it would be nice to be able to plug this into AC and forget it. Some lights seem to be designed such that they may be left connected to a USB power supply while in continuous use, without the light being damaged. The Luxceo does not claim that feature, so I suspect it is not a safe option. Finally, while being able to remote control the functions is a plus, the diminutive remote control may be easily lost, left behind when needed or even broken. I prefer a well-designed phone app.So, a mixed bag of pluses and minuses. Overall, quite useful, but with a number of at least minor irritations that most likely are tied to the rather affordable price. And that shouldn't be too great a surprise.

Keep on looking. Do not stop here.
I just bought the Luxeco RGB LED Light Wand, and the battery lasts, at best, an hour. The light is useful when it works, but it often loses charge before I can finish a photo shoot. Shutting it off to save power has also not helped. I wish I would have bought something else. I feel like I wasted my money. :(

A useful, reasonably priced handheld light stick.
In my opinion, this product is the result of attempting to create a quality product at a reasonable price. I think the effort is successful. The wand itself is well designed. The main light tube portion is about 16 inches long with a 4.75 inch handle. The oval handle is easy to grasp, though the light tube part affects the overall balance. There is a ¼-20 tripod socket on the bottom of the handle. The stick is equipped with plastic barndoors, a useful feature in my opinion. The barndoors feel flimsy and invite careful handling. The barndoors are removable. The light itself, according to the vendor, is composed of 336 LEDs with peak power output of 36 watts. Color temperature is fully adjustable between 2500K – 6500K and brightness is 100% adjustable. My primary interest is in lighting one- and two-shots, that is one or two people in the frame. I think this light could well serve as a key light and definitely as a fill. Frankly, in testing this, I wish I had two. Two of these sticks with stands, I think would make a nice portable lighting kit for indoor and outdoor use. The lights are controlled with buttons and a display on the back of the handle. A small remote control is included, but I fear it will be easily lost or misplaced. I intend to try securing the remote to the light itself with Velcro tape. There are 12 built-in effects which I’ve only taken a glance at. Normally, I wouldn’t use them, but I’ve seen a lot of creative utilization on YouTube and might give them a try. The light, with its built-in 2600mAh battery, recharges through a Type-C port. A short cord is included, but no charging block. No information is provided as to whether the light stick can be used while being powered by an external source. A slightly padded carrying case and lanyard are also included. Overall, I think this is a good product.Jerry

Decent but not perfect.
A worthwhile upgrade. A few things to note, the 36w is only in max mode but overall the light is bright enough to use as a fill light for any type of scene. And while it does have a plasticy build it is also priced to match. The major thing I would change is to make it out of aluminum or at least a denser plastic. If you are supposed to handle it at least make it feel like it can hold up to that type of normal use.Overall I think this is a decent light for light paining or to be used as a fill light.
