I didn't know if this product was going to work but it did. Good quality. Very effective. Very health benefits. Easy to use. I bought it and started using it on November and now I'm 5 weeks pregnant. Worth every dollar

I'm on my third month taking these as a pre-conception supplement while trying to conceive at age 37. After researching seemingly every fertility supplement on Amazon, these are the only ones I could find that were not only reasonably priced but included everything I was looking for: L-Methylfolate, Choline, Inositol, CoQ-10, DHEA, and DHA/EPA, and even Chasteberry and Ashwagandha as well as other important multivitamins. Most other prenatal vitamins I found did not include DHA/EPA or CoQ-10, and I'm trying to not have to take or buy so many different pills every day. I showed my OB/GYN doctor and she gave her approval of all the ingredients. So far I've had a great experience with these but I did find that I absolutely have to take them with food or they make me very nauseous, but that happens with every vitamin I've ever taken except gummies so I didn't take off a star. They also turn your pee neon green-yellow, but this is normal and harmless with your body excreting extra B vitamins. They don't taste great but if I drink a lot of water and try to get them down quickly I'm fine, and the aftertaste is not noticeable to me. Personally I didn't find them overly fishy tasting or smelling--more of a strong herbal/grassy flavor. They are a little on the big side but I am still able to take two at a time, and the size is to be expected with everything they are able to fit into this all-inclusive supplement.

I don’t know if these work I’m still on the first bottle but you definitely need to take them with food as they taste like fish. Not just light fish taste but you know when it’s a hot day at the lake and you happen to walk by a dead fish? They taste just like that smells and honestly there’s no reason for it to be that awful. I’m going to keep taking them because I see a lot of reviews that say women got pregnant while using them but I really have to talk myself into swallowing these.

I started taking this supplement after my hormones were out of balance from an ectopic pregnancy. I was having missed periods. Hormonal imbalances. Horrible cramping in between periods. Period discharge that is not considered normal, among other symptoms. I feared that my chances of having an easy time getting pregnant again were at risk. So I found this product. Read the good reviews, and decided to give it a try. I’m not planning on getting pregnant now, but want to prepare my body for when the time comes. I’ve been taking these for three months and all my periods have been showing up on time every single month since I started taking these! I also know when I’m ovulating because I get all the obvious signs and symptoms of ovulation. Except this month I got an extra surprise when I went in for an ultrasound a week before my period, and was told by my doctor that they saw me actively ovulating during the ultrasound. This was a week before my period. Meaning I ovulated twice in one month! Amazing product. Did more for me than the birth control pill. I highly recommend.

These are pretty good so far. I feel like I have a little more energy and I feel better overall. I personally feel this is a great vitamin. It he only thing is the fish oil burps.

Did not work for me and pill was nasty. They smell will not bug again

I wanted to give it a try even after reading multiple reviews that this can mess up if your cycles are regular I reduced my dosage to a capsule a day but had similar side effects. Will caution anyone who have regular periods to try smaller dosage and monitor yourself

I am going to give this 5 stars for the types of good vitamins that seem to work for others. I noticed it started to work for me, but I'm not sure why it has DHEA in it since it is a type of androgen, or testosterone. For people with pcos and elevated androgen levels, it may not be good for them to take. This vitamins do work, though.
