Q: Do these pens come with converters?

Mine did. I received a converter with each pen.

Q: What cartridges fit these pens and where can they be purchased?

Q: How do you put ink cartridges in the pen?

Unscrew and remove the lid. Then unscrew the body of the pen fro the grip section; this unscrews right below the gold band a bit below the nib. These pens come with a converter to use with bottled ink. This is the thing sticking out of the grip section; just pull it out. Insert the cartridge into the grip right where the converter was and push till it “clicks” as you actually need to puncture the cartridge. The end that has a smaller part goes in the pen; the flat part is the bottom of the cartridge. Note that these pens need Jinhao compatible cartridges. Screw your pen back together and wait a bit for the ink to flow down to the nib.
