I combined this with the same brand L gasseri to make yogurt. Just took one capsule and I have infinite, delicious, amazing, incredible, life changing yogurt. The first batch failed as they almost always do, but I separated the whole first batch into silicone molds and have made at least 6 batches from it so far. When I’m done with the original first batch, I will continue reserving two tablespoons from current batches. I’m telling you, it’s incredible.
