Excellent product
This is a great meal replacement that I use after intense endurance exercises. Many time I need a few hours before I can eat a real meal and Knockout allows me to get the much needed nutrients right after the workouts.

Horrible taste, very clumpy
The product tastes like it went bad…has a sour, vinegar-like after taste. Very gross! Also very clumpy, doesn’t mix well in blender bottle.It’s my fault for not realizing sooner that it might have went bad; but it was not expired, so I thought maybe I just needed to adjust to the taste/texture.

Awful taste
Macros are good and it kept me full and never bothered my stomach, but the taste is awful. I eat everything, my friends call me a garbage disposal. I dreaded every time I used this powder, and even ended up throwing the last bit away because I couldn't do it anymore. Taste and texture combo was awful, and yes I followed mixing directions and tried water and milk. Nothing helped. Try a different powder.

Worth it
Seems expensive but it's not considering less grocery shopping and food wasting dish washing.I make 3 flavors. 1 withfrozen strawberries, 1 with frozen blueberries, and 1 with PB powder and cinnamon.Easy quick high nutrition meals for the working man. Fills me up for hours. No observed drawbacks to date.Mini ninja blender required

I've had many shakes, the taste of this one falls short
I've had many shakes over the years, and the taste of this one falls unbelievably short. Be prepared to doctor it up every time you have it. I need to be able to drink it quickly from a shaker cup, not have to drag out the blender and do all the clean up.

Taste not the same
This was my second order of the Complete Shred meal replacement shakes and this one tastes terrible. It’s a like an extra dose of an artificial sweetener has been added and there is no vanilla flavor at all.

It would have been a 4, but, Erratic Delivery
The product has been very good for both workouts and weight loss.That said, with this much protein and fiber in a serving, don't stray far from a restroom.PROBLEM: Shipping and delivery is erratic. Sometimes I have my order in 2 days, but often it is longer than a week, which is unacceptable. Twice my order was lost. Amazon took care of it, but that's not the point.Use Prime, guys!
