Simple, clean, good taste
While I don't love Sauerkraut in general, I found this one to be quite good. Simple taste, non acidid, and not too salty. Will order again, together with their cabbage only version.That said, the only mystery to me, is on the nutrition label, is says .23mg of salt. That is basically none, so am thinking it should read either .23g, or 230mg, which seems more correct for a fermented product cured with salt.
