Cost wise it’s fine Taste wise it’s normal plant protein taste, not so good but I make banana and peanut smoothie to consume. One major issue - they add silicon packets inside the protein powder, and it’s almost impossible to know that unless you put your hand through the protein powder. I accidentally consumed the silicon packets and that was a major issue. I would suggest to not add them.
