The directions are extremely lacking but luckily the app makes it pretty self explanatory, with the exception of remote unlock i still cant figure out how to do it. And there is no instructions how to do it in the app or instructions....And the smart cards dont work well at all. IMPORTANT: there is a thick plastic cover over the fingerprint reader and number pad that fits so tight you wouldnt even know it was there. (I almost returned the lock because it would only read my FP maybe 1 out of 4 times for the first week i had it. Dont worry theres all types of backup ways to open it should the fp scanner not work. from physical keys to blootooth unlock) till i found the plastic cover. Remove it and the fingerprint scanner works great. Easy installation. Easier than most non digital locks ive installed. Good product fair price. Fix your instructions manufacturer. there must be a couple of people in china who know how to translate to english. ...

This door knob works really well. We have used it for about a month now. The only minor issue is the finger print scanner doesn't work well when your finger is wet or just recently wet. We use the finger print scanner he most since its the fastest and easiest. The pin code works fine. It comes with physical keys as well as RFID cards. I setup the cards, pin, and finger prints in the APP which is also very easy to use. Oh yeah, you can unlock the knob with the app also thru blue tooth connection. I wish I would have found this knob sooner because would have saved me some annoyances of locking myself out of the bedroom. The install was easy, but i have technical skills. However, if you can change a regular door knob then you should be able to install this one.

it worked fine for like 1 month and after that it went dead tried to charge it but never kept the charge and it locked me out of my room. not recommended at all

I'm so impressed with this product. It was easy to install. A little confusing to program via instruction manual but it had a QR code that takes you to a YouTube video which shows you a video how to set it up. Then setup was a breeze. The thing I like most about it is that this door lock has multiple ways of unlocking it. I setup me and my wife's fingerprints, we have a pass code and I peeled the outer plastic layer of the smart key card and put it under my phone case to unlock the door by taping my phone on it. They also provided keys, and a phone app. I highly recommend this door lock.

I love the idea of this lock. It does not catch my fingerprint every time so it takes a few tries. My biggest complaint is that the mechanism that goes into the frame to keep the door shut does not extend fully but only half way otherwise it would be 5 stars. ⭐️ I love that it has an app and notifies me every time it’s used or tried to be used.

Needed this so the kids couldn’t run outside or in the garage all the time and it work great! Definitely worth the money!

Easy install app work great also

For me alot has to do with the ease of setting something up. But for this I've only been able to unlock the door in 2 ways. I just finally figured out that you have to push # after entering your code. I wondered why there was a pound sign on the keypad lol duh. Also it took me a hour or so to figure out that you have to hold the entry card backwards to the door lock. Theres a little fingerprint looking symbol on the card so I thought you would have to flash that at the outside button . I didn't know that you have to hold the card backwards towards the words Smart Lock. I almost returned it because of this since u couldn't get in my house for an hour. I would also like to see a unlock option. For instance when I have to come in and out repeatedly and promptly, I don't want to have to put a code in every time when I'm gonna be home for a while. I thought that's what auto unlock meant but can't get it to stay unlocked temporarily. And I have no clue what that small button is for on the inside. I'm kinda afraid to touch it lol. It's a nice lock it's just gonna take a little time to get everything figured out and used to it. But it is made pretty good and does what it's supposed to do I just need to read the book lol*****Update*****7/15/25 First I lost one of the key fabs then I input my thumb print to not have to worry about remembering codes or needing a key. Well the thumb print only worked for one time and that was it. So I deleted it and did the thumb print over again. The lock done the same thing it only worked for the first time then never worked again. Even though it installed my thumb print pretty easily it still didn't cooperate. So now im hoping to be able to get a couple more key cards. Then I still try to use my fingerprint and its gets frustrating because I cant get it to unlock without the card Even the card has its times where it wont work. I have to scan the card two or three times then it might work and then sometimes it will work right off the bat. I dont know about this thing anymore so I've been leaving my back door unlocked so I can get in my house.
