I saw my first nebula using this!
I’m fairly new to astronomy, and can’t say I’ve compared many filters, but i was after something that seemed reasonably priced and would hopefully get me started on finding some DSOs. Being fairly inexperienced, i wasn’t sure how possible it is to view DSOs with the naked eye (obviously with the aid of a scope, of course!), and i live in small rural residential area, so there is a certain amount of light pollution, and adding to that, north wales is frequently cloudy.Having said all that, on a fairly clear night, i set up to see what and if i could see anything. After a bit of random searching in areas of sky i was assured from books contained DSOs, i happened upon a distinctive ‘smudge’ a little below Orion’s Belt. This was the first time id found a whitish, wispy something that was distinctly different from a star, star cluster or a planet, so i was both excited and intrigued. I later confirmed this to have been the Orion Nebula, which was also confirmed that it is indeed possible to see nebulae through a scope, without needing a long exposure photograph. Obviously, that would bring out more detail and clarity, but seeing a gas like structure was still quite a treat. So this filter did allow me to achieve that, but i couldn’t tell you how it compares to others on the market, or for use in other scopes (i use a stargazer 200p Newtonian reflector).

Sellers short clip solves lose fit
This slipped easily in my canon 2000d, buy it slide easily around. Contacted the seller who sent a short clip showing you need to gently pull out the skinny black bits a little, then place in. You know it's write because you hear a click and it's firmly in place. I just need to photograph with this now. Shared this review as many other reviews say it's lose. It's not, it just needs sending with instructions of how to fit it properly.

Bright and contrast enhancing
Arrived rapidly excellently packed. Easy to clip into Canon EOS body type. please don't forget that it can not be used with the EF-S lens type as the lens comes back too far. It is fine for me and the EF lens/ and 42 mm adapted lenses i use. The UHC certainly improves contrast and makes the images pop nicely out of the light pollution soup. Easy to use and gives good results

Good quality telescope camera UHC filter.
Good fit to my ZWO ASI224MC camera.Only had one opportunity to test due to weather.Performance looks good ( approximately 1 arcsec ) pointing in UK winter weather.

Excellent with removing sodium d lines
Good at removing the sodium and mercury lamp spectral components. Council has fitted white led lamps with a black body type light distribution which can get through

Excellent filter
Have to confess, I was a bit sceptical about if it would work. I can get a maximum of 2 minute exposures here due to the light pollution. Manged 3 with ease with this and will try longer now. Love it!
