Much better than the 3 section types. I needed a ladder that didn't take up too much space in the loft when retracted and this does the job very well. Installed on my own with ease and very happy with it. Well worth the extra money.

Very strong and sturdy, not like most aluminium loft ladders. Very easily assembled both with a video to watch here on Amazon and a very easy to understand instruction book. Smoothly slides in and out of the loft. Not too heavy and small enough that if you don’t have a lot of height into your loft, this doesn’t require much of an arch. I highly recommend, Very pleased!!!

I have a limited space in my loft for any ladder to be stored, this one is compact and once it is up part of it hangs over the hatch, so reducing the space. Easy to bring down, very sturdy and stands proud in the loft so you feel that you walk off the ladder rather than step up. Easy to put up, once you get the knack of pushing it up ( I am 6ft ). I would recommend .

These are quite nice ladders once fitted. The instructions make little sense, the photographs were far too small and are of very little use. If you had larger photos and one of the whole mechanism as it should be, not bits and pieces it would have made more sense. I had to go on you tube to find out how it looked, then it all fell into place! I guess this is typical, instructions on most things are useless, when will companies realise they need to improve them? Never me thinks! That is my only gripe, as the ladders are easy to use and sturdy.

If a loft hatch was specifically designed to make fitting a ladder difficult it's ours - hard up against a wall, lots of structure either side of the hatch and 2.9m from floor to loft floor. However, this ladder did the job extremely well as it only requires a 235mm clearance in front of the ladder in the loft to accommodate the top of the ladder when tipped up. The installation was straightforward and the instructions are very clear and available online which allowed me to make sure the ladder would fit our difficult situation before buying.The ladder looks and feels very well made and feels very secure to use. The telescopic construction makes this ladder rather heavier than the simple 2 or 3 section sliding types but this is a small price to pay for such a compact design. If I have a criticism it is only that the pole/hook provided is a bit short for such a long ladder but that is easily resolved.

Great product, easy to fit and suits restricted space

I was a bit sceptical about the quality of the product, but very happy with it. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but again it is a good quality product. Fairly easy to assemble, I strongly recommend reading the instructions a couple of times before taking on the task. Watching the YouTube videos also helped, particularly when attaching the swivel arms. It also arrived early which was a great help. It took about an hour and a half in all to put up. Very happy.

A very sturdy loft access ladder which will support up to 150 Kg. Fairly easy to install and stows away neatly when in place. Very reassuring to climb, especially when carrying items.
