These are really good!!
I have tried a lot of plant based ramen, etc that I can find and they are all a funky texture. These noodles, I have tried 2 different flavors and they are very good. Everything has a high salt content that you don't make yourself, but the texture of these noodles so far is better than any other brand I've tried. I cook them a minute longer than they say and I add my own vegees, etc to them. Great job!

Good but worth the price?
I was disappointed that the noodles are much smaller than shown. Flavors are good. Would like more suggestions on the add ins to make it a meal. Not sure if I would buy again with the sodium issues.

High Sodium Content
These noodles are delicious however, the sodium content is extremely high.
