The track was a little challenging to install due to having to cut the last piece to length. I also had to use my own self tapping metal screws to adapt the track to my garage door. I used a spray bottle with warm soapy water to spray down the track and the bottom seal went on easily. The bristle strip was more challenging. I found it easiest to cut the last piece to length, remove the last piece of track, install the bristle strip and then reinstall the track. I installed the bristle strip before the bottom seal. I also had to adjust the downward pressure of the garage door opener to find the right setting to hold the seal against the concrete. Overall I believe this was a worthy replacement.

Only give a 2 star because it came with no instructions , updating after trying to install it's impossible to install the rubber in the track for this much money I am returning this item . Would not recommend

After we put on the metal pieces under the garage door, getting the rubber tubing proved to be impossible. We had 2 handymen working on it and I tried to pitch in as well but we simply could not get the rubber to sit in the railings. It kept popping off after numerous attempts. We tried to use the brush strips, and found them to be so stiff and the placement so awkward that it makes the garage door remain slightly open at the bottom. It also comes in the way when the garage door is closed.I am now looking for a rubber bottom for the metal strips. This product for the price I paid for it , was a complete waste of money! I would give it zero stars If I could.
