How do they disappear?
I'm not sure where these little parts go and hide when you aren't looking so it is best to keep a bunch on hand.These are of decent enough quality and a great all around value.I prefer a larger top washer but that's my only gripe.Good buy.

Works as they should
Needed replacements for cymbal stands, and these fit the bill. While I only really needed the screw, now I have pads and the like for any other issues.
