Awesome product for small office cabins. Not good for kitchen and bedrooms. Very silent and good looking product.

I purchased this fan 1 year ago on 12 sep 2024, the fan worked perfectly till 20 sep 2025...then it suddenly stopped working.As it came with 3 years warranty ,I called RR customer care and logged the complaint for a technician visit.After 2 days I received a call asking for warranty card details and problem arising from the fan,I send him the pics...he said the fan motor must have been damaged so I'll visit with a new motor. Next day the guy came,he just cleaned the fan and the fan started making hell lot of loud noises .he said this sound will go away in a day or two.It appeared to me he didn't brought the right motor that day . After 3 days , the fan again stopped working. I called the same guy...he asked me to log another complaint. So i logged another complaint, this time another new guy called & came by my house ....to a greater surprise ,he came just to click the photo of the fan model.and said he will come after 2 days with the right motor. After 3 days ,I called him... his number went switched off. So I called the customer care again ... they gave me the gwalior service centre number and gwalior RR head Vsm mr.shubham gupta.i called him ,he put me on hold asked the service centre guy to resolve my issue asap(over conference call). A guy came with a wrong motor 🙄 ...25 days have passed , multiple customer care calls and complaints registered.... multiple technician visited.... but the problem hasn't been resolved. THE PROBLEM IS THIS FANS MOTOR, WHICH THE SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT WILLING TO CHANGE. VSM IS HELPLESS...... MY ISSUE REMAINS AS IT IS EVEN AFTER 26 DAYS OF MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. THE FAN HAS STOPPED WORKING TOTALLY. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM RR KABEL/SIGNATURE.... THEIR AFTER SALES SUPPORT SERVICE IS PATHETIC. Service centres are dead.

Good and nice small , good powerful RPM , low level sound , ease to assemble , suction capacity is good

Fan is cool lookwise but I am facing sound problem after 1month of usage. Weird sound is coming after usage of 1month. Not expected. Item is cool otherwise.

Low noise, nice airflow, birds guard, Mainly it's comes 3Y warranty.... Good but for this cost..

Need to create holes in the glass holding the fan

Before Ordering I thought this to be a product of Luminous Industries, but rather this comes out to be a Product from an unknown Company named RR Kabel Limited. This brand neither has a Customer Support (please let me know if you find one) and neither has Good Quality products. My Exhaust Fan has stopped working just after 2 months of use and I am unable to find a place as to where should I go to claim the so called 2 year warranty. The quality of wires used inside the exhaust fans are of utterly low quality and is also not repairable in local shops. Hence I am forced to purchase a new one.
