I cannot praise these enough! I have broke my nose several times as result I have collapsed septum ! When I sleep I breathe heavy through my mouth and or I snore horrifically ! My wife threatened to sleep in spare room, we have tried pretty much everything including aluminium device dr provided! Nothing worked !I bought these pretty much as last result, price was unbelievable! That being said these things work superb, I place them in my nose just before bed, I can truthfully say these open my air waves and it just feels fantastic to have what I can only describe as in obstructed air circulating through my nose. They keep my nostrils open and I just sleep so much easier.What’s amazing is my wife has not complained that I snore once and she is having best night sleep for long time ! If she’s happy and resting I am even more happier.Really recommend these

I personally was excited at the thought that this kit, had a few different anti snore ideas. However, on the arrival of the items, the items feel as cheap ad they are but more that that, not one of the items stops /reduces snoring. Obviously this is my experience, not everyone's but at one stage I tried the nose device as well as the mouth guard all at the same time and still no joy. Honestly, if you have issues with snoring, my advice speak to your GP as this may be an underlying health issue.

I have only used the ring but it really does work. I am always sceptical of things like this but gave it a go as I annoy my partner at night! The only issue sometimes is I don’t wake up with it on. I haven’t tried the other items in the set as I only wanted the ring so cant comment on those. But it’s definitely worth a try!

I've still given a couple stars because the item itself is really good quality. My kids day it didn't help with my snoring.The mouthguard is quality. I had to remove the plastic spoon thing to mould it properly to my mouth so if it was intended as a breathy hole then it's a bust for me. First night I woke after a couple hours, my front teeth hurt. As soon as I fall asleep my jaw drops open. I really need a chin strap to hold it closed. My bottom teeth fall out the guard, all but my 4 front teeth which catch the edge of the guard and the weight of my jaw pulling back into my throat pushed them forward for the several hours I successfully slept. The guard is also a little short, there's not enough to reach my back molars. I also need to protect my tongue and inside cheeks from my teeth. The bugger always finds it's way into spaces and when I clench my jaw (bruxism in the mix too), my tongue got pinned in the gap between the molars. If it had just been for mandibular alignment then these would have been fine but they're not enough on their own to keep your teeth actually in it.The noseclips. I really like the plain plastic one, it opens up my nostrils comfortably, the spacey one not so comfortable and I don't get the magnetic one. Not sure what that is supposed to do. I've had a night with each. Still snore just as loud so nostrils are not the reason for my snoring.The mouth tape came unstuck before I'd even fallen asleep.I think I clench when I am in REM and my jaw drops when I am sleeping and the sleeping is when I snore. Wish I could know for sure but Maybe my solution would just be a chin strap combined with the mouthguard.Complete waste of money for me but not by fault of the product but my the nature of my problem. Might work well for others.

A little uncomfortable which is normal. Does work to a certain extent but not 100% obviously. Much better than nose clips and watch.

I've been driving my partner mad in bed with my snoring, which i found was due to the way my jaw sits further back than most peoples, restricting my airways when sleeping on my back. i purchased this product as it had many options to choose from which was a great starting point in finding the best anti snore device.luckily this product sorted it out straight away, the 'gum shield' style device was the best for bringing my jaw forward and letting me breath better at night, some of the nasal inserts also did work for me, but I found the shield worked best.Overall i would recommend this product, its affordable, solves the problem quickly letting you both sleep well at night!

Bought this product for my partner. Minimal if any effect. Used it a couple of times but still snoring badly.

Bought these to test different methods of quieting my snoring to please my partner. Found one type which seem to work well enough, and are not too uncomfortable. Can now but extra of the chosen type when I need to.
