Since I got this as a steamer, I will review it as that product.While there are a lot of apparent functions using the multiple attachments, I am simply interested in this product as a steam cleaner.On the plus side, you can use it as a handheld steamer or with the mop attachment. The handheld steamer works well with the hose but my wife complained about the mop steamer since she has some problem with her back and wrist, the steamer at the end of the mop became too heavy and unwieldy for her.I would have like the water reservoir to be a bit bigger but I understand while there was a constraint in the size and weight of the reservoir (as was demonstrated by my wife's complains).The price is also a bit on the high end of the mop steamer market.Overall, it will do the job but I can't say that it is the best steam cleaner in the market place.

Use: Steam clean grime off of laminate wood floors. This seems to work well, and I was able to remove some black tar like spots from the floor. I just wish the mop heads could hold water better.Features: tons of attachments that mostly have a spot on a base station. Lots of potential applications with this steamer. The water reservoir is sized for smaller jobs, but it's fine because the mop heads can only absorb so much moisture. Easy to operate and get started cleaning.Quality: The setup is well thought out, and the parts are sturdy. No leaks witnessed during floor use. The metal tubing can get hot though, be careful.Price: This could be worth it if you can make use of the various attachments.

I am very impressed with this steamer because it’s very versatile for cleaning almost anything and it can be used for clothing as well. It has a very nice design that allows you to remove the tank to fill it and it heats up very quickly. I like that it comes with so many different attachments for all of my needs! I mainly ordered this for simply cleaning our floors and disinfecting them. After receiving it and reading through its specifications for so many attachments, I was surprised to find out that I can now clean our furniture as well because we have a fur baby that likes to lay on our couch and get cozy but causes us to need frequent cleaning and this will be perfect! Very efficient little machine! Will probably use it for my car as well among so many other things.

The steam mop is a very versatile cleaning tool. It has attachments for fabric steamer, mop head, window squeeze and various brushes. This arrived at the perfect time for the new floor installation we are doing. We are redoing the kitchen to tile flooring and other areas of the house to vinyl floor planks. I expect it to come in very handy.The brushes are going to make cleaning my grill an easy job. The wire brushes along with steam should help remove all the grim. Unfortunately haven’t tried that yet as we have had so much unhealthy air quality due to fires.It is powerful and has worked well so far on our kitchen tile. Definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded.  I had very high expectations upon getting it in the mail. It’s pretty easy to put together, not too heavy, and once you get it working (key word is once) then it works fairly well. The water filler is on the side of the bottle, so when you fill it up, there are some air bubbles on the top that are near impossible to get away. It took me multiple start ups to get this thing working. Because of the water filler, you have to tilt and close the water enclosure creatively to capture a full full tank. The mop doesn’t recognize there is water unless it’s completely fulll. I then have to tilt the mop backwards so that gravity can also show the motor that there is water. Pretty annoying feature that could use some engineering. Again, once you get the steam to begin, it works well. It’s just getting it started.

this thing goes strong I love it. we had a bed bug issue and this mop steamer killed them on the spot. its versatile I have used this for almost everything except carpet. its not for carpet. my only problem and its a very very small problem its that it doesn't hold much water it had a tiny tank for it.
