Very nice case for my label make. It's quite sturdy and hold the label rolls, and charger as well. Well worth the money...

There was a lil bit of help I needed with my purchase. I got in touch with the seller. We emailed back and forth for a few days. They were very very kind with each correspondence and very very quick to respond considering the time distance. They helped explain and worked the problem out. I will definitely do business with them in the future. Again GREAT customer service.Product is very helpful in keeping everything together and (in my book) you can never go wrong with any shade of purple, but they have many colors for those who want different colors. I wish I would have taken a pick of the inside but forgot it at work and wanted to get some reviews done this weekend

This is a great label maker for the price. There are really only 2 cons that I have:1. The DPI seems a bit low to me. Some text (particularly with the transparent labels) can be difficult to read. The printer doesn’t seem to have the precision to draw a QR code that is above a few characters.2. From what I can tell, when inserting a different type of label, you have no choice but to throw away the first label that is fed - this doesn’t happen only at the beginning of the roll, but every time you change labels out.Besides these two points, for the price, the label maker is a great deal. If you can stick to larger text and fewer words, you should have no problems. The app customization is fantastic, the labels feel nice and stick well and the preloaded icon sets are a great freebie. I would recommend as long as you don’t require super small text.

So far the labels have been great and the app that you use with it allows for some creativeness, not a lot, but some. I have been very pleased so far with the functionality and ease of use. The labels do stick with the first one sometimes, just have to print and pull just a little for tension on the first one, but after that you're off to the races.
