This arrives in a dark printed box measuring approx 22.5cm x 16cm x 6cm.It would be easy to wrap & make a brilliant gift for an aspiring SFX artist, amateur horror film maker or monster cosplayer.The contents are listed on the back as:A 7 colour bruise wheel50g scar waxA stipple spongeA non latex spongeA double ended metal spatulaSmall pot of fake coagulated blood (supposed to be sealed but the seal stuck to the lid not the pot in mine).2 x 60g bottles of Liquid Latex15ml skin wax extension oil.Inside, I also found 2 brushes but I was missing one of the sponges, so believe the contents shown on the first product image not the back of the box.Everything is nicely packed in black shredded paper so it looks nice too.I got to work giving myself a monster black eye & a couple of gruesome looking bleeding wounds on my chin/neck as soon as I got this set open.That was all fine until a delivery guy knocked on the door & I had to answer looking like I'd been on the losing end of a fight.Cue much embarrassment explaining it was SFX makeup, so if you are expecting a stranger at the door, I'd pick a different time to try this out.Was very pleased with the results although I have used SFX makeup before so I knew what I was doing.If you are new to it, there are plenty of excellent how to videos on YouTube you can look at for inspiration.This is a basic starter set really, but it does have enough to get you started & while you only get a small amount of blood it's very convincing.It won't set though if you want a wound that looks like it's starting to crust over but hasn't quite got to that point.Highly recommended anyway if you have any interest in SFX.

It does take a little bit of practise with the contents, but the results can be really good, especially when you take into account the price for the kit.

This is an excellent special effects makeup pack, containing a wide range of product useful mainly for Halloween, but potentially for other occasions. There is enough that one pack can potentially be used multiple times, or by a few people.The body paint comes in 6 colours, and the fake blood is also a nice inclusion. However, where this kit really stands out is with its inclusion of liquid latex and scar wax, which look great, providing effects which are more elaborate than many other Halloween outfits.

This horror make-up kit includes a bruise kit that would satisfy Amber Heard!Two bottles of latex. If you are hirsute, I strongly recommend shaving first!The fake blood is probably the best I've ever used, although there really wasn't that much of it :(I've never done this before, and I thought the colour selection was weird (yellow, green, etc.) until I actually used it ...The bruising on my fingers (in the well lit picture) even made ME do a double take!Please excuse review-duck's vampiric fetish - who knew!And why stop at making yourself look horrific? When you've scrubbed and peeled the gore from your flesh, feel free to leave the bloody nailbrush and razor on the side in the bathroom to disturb your family too >:-)If I have to find a fault, I would have liked more bits of sponge so I didn't cross contaminate the colours so much. Oh, and more of that amazing fake blood.

Nice little starter makeup set for Halloween; the pack has just about everything you need to make yourself look gruesome for that next fancy dress party. However, if you want to apply stuff like your own latex scars, daggers, cuts etc, you’ll still need spirit gum, which this pack doesn’t have. I’d also note the blood pot looked half empty when I unpackaged the box, certainly not to the top, as is shown in the company pictures. I also think this pack is quite pricey, you can find cheaper alternatives.

Belle surprise pour le prix, le latex est la pâte fonctionne très bien. Rendu au top. Le coup de main viens facilement.

No tengo mucha idea de maquillaje, pero fue muy fácil de usar después de ver los vídeos y practicar un poco. Maquillé a varios zombies y os puedo asegurar que más de uno tuvo pesadillas por la noche. Quedaron muy bien los desgarros y los moratones como si fueran de verdad. Una vez se secaron tampoco mancharon. Luego fue fácil de quitar con un desmaquillante.
