I like the feel of this knife and it is very sharp. Time will tell if it will hold its edge.

Great knife. Sharp and light weight

I love this knife, it’s just a workhorse without having to higher prices it could easily ask. This is the knife you use when you are afraid your nicer and most expensive knives might get damaged. This one just do as good as a job or close enough to the best knives but because of the price you don’t care. And let me tell you, it just works and never disappoints. Of course if you care for it and it will take care of you. Wash and dry it every time you use it. Don’t leave it dirty and put it in the dishwasher. Don’t be lazy, hand wash it and it will last you a lifetime.

My favorite knife. I own two and just bought my dad one for Christmas. It sharpens so well. Lightweight. I've had this knife for many years. Never had to use the second one yet!

I think this is the pick of America's Test Kitchen and being in need of a new knife this seemed like a good deal. Handle allows plenty of room so fingers don't hit cutting board.

Love these knives. Lost my original in my storage unit. Replaced it with this.The knife is solid, sharp, and a work horse. The flimsy plastic film of a cover is a joke.Purchase from another seller and do more research.
