We were assured of the quality of the product before purchase and They were not kidding! I almost canceled my order after reading a few negative reviews, but then I decided to take a gamble and I am so glad I did because I am blessed beyond expectation! My package of 4 chafing dishes even arrived one week earlier than expected! Thank you so much!!!

Once I got it, I opened it and put one together. Will not be using until next month for a wedding. I braved it and did not put on gloves as the instructions stated, but I had no problem getting them apart. They even provided a small "crowbar" to use to separate the pans. The pans themselves had a foam piece to keep them from settling together. When I store them, I will make sure to use the foam piece. I did have to use the crowbar on the lids. But had no issues. I see where other reviewers said about the sharp edges and this may cause a problem to carry it with food in them, but I may put on gloves for that. And I do wonder if there will be a problem when there is water in the water pan and I have to remove the food pan. All-in-all, they look nice. Not High quality nice, but nice for the price. Before actually using them, I give it 5 stars.

Good product, did the trick for our gathering.

We purchased these to serve food at a graduation party and they worked out great. They were easy to put together. They looked really nice. Kept the food hot. Has a place to hold the lids. Guests complimented us on the setup. We found that we only needed one fuel can per setup.The areas that could be improved. You have to attach the handles to the lids with screws. The screws could be a bit longer. We had one handle come apart as we were breaking everything down. We were able to reconnect but seems like the screws could be a bit longer for more stability. Also because the handles do not fold down, the are a bit bulky to store. You could take the handles off if needed for storage.

I would have returned this, however, this was an early Christmas Present because of a catering event. If possible, could 2 new fuel holder be sent out and the damaged ones returned?

These are great, keeps the food good and hot. I love them, I got them for Thanksgiving and they were great. My daughter is trying to steal them (lol). I do recommend them.

I like the product but one of the plastic cover handle was so badly bent and crooked. The seller immediately responded to correct the problem. Now I am a happy customer and will surely buy more items from this Seller. Highly recommend.

The mini crow bar included to pry the dishes apart takes a long time and damages the product. The edges are extremely sharp like others have mentioned. The quality is poor compared with other chafers I have bought for similar prices.

Buen producto en relación precio/calidad.Leí algunos comentarios negativos antes de realizar la compra como el hecho de que no se podían separar con facilidad unas de otras y corrías el riesgo de cortarte con las orillas ya que venían apiladas o que se manchan fácilmente, la verdad es que traen un tipo de cuña que te permite separarlas con cierta facilidad y además las puse directo al fuego en mi estufa y no les pasó nada, me fueron de gran ayuda.Llegaron a tiempo y sin complicaciones.
