Works well!
It took a long time to get it installed. I needed it because I'm petite and my hand-held shower is up so high, I can't reach it and have to stand on the edge of the tub to get it down. Not safe, so I got this to lower it. You have to use a wrench to get the wing-nut portion loose, so don't give up when it refuses to move. Once I got the extension facing down instead of out over the tub, I was able to attach my hand-held shower head and now i can reach it easily! Very solid and well made. No leaks.

Customer Review:The printed instructions could be more clearly written. In my opinion the diagram #8,9 would be better understood if the diagram was rotated to match the finished install - wing nut at 3 o’clock; female connector at 12 o’clock.After two attempts at unsuccessfully installing the shower arm, we went to the link to watch step by step video.Issues with video v pamphlet instructions:- Pamphlet instructions state in red, “Do not remove wing nuts.” Yet, in video wing nut came off… Instructive to purchaser because removing it didn’t appear to create a problem.- Instructions in video would have been easier to follow and better understood if person in video used same vocabulary as in pamphlet.- There is no mention of set screws in video. Are they necessary?- Unlike our previous shower arm, house guests cannot automatically adjust height without first getting instructions from host.We like the new high quality brass shower arm and look forward to it giving us many years of service.

Great shower arm- but question this as being “like new”.
I returned a few shower arms before purchasing this “like new” 12” shower arm. It worked out perfectly in my shower. The only small issue were the wrench marks from previously being installed- I’d consider it was in “good condition” but certainly not “like new”. Everything was in the box. Aside from that, pleased with my purchase of this shower arm.
