Princess Piranha, my roommate’s fat chihuahua, can’t be a homeowners association Karen with her bad knee, so I got her this special food to help her shed a pound or two and get back to running around yelling at the garbage truck at 5 am for the neighborhood to enjoy.She likes it, and even the cat has been stealing some from her dish when she isn’t looking.Soon, I expect her to be back to asking the neighbors for proof they live here and confiscating balls that come over the fence.

Fantastic dry dog food.My American Bulldog/Pit mix always had frequent diarrhea no matter what brand of dog food I tried, although that didn't stop him from putting on almost 15lbs within a year after getting him and getting up to 67lbs.Then he damaged his ACL and the vet said he had to go on a diet. She recommended this and one of the first things I noticed was that he was having form, normal poops almost 100% of the time.Over the next year he lost that extra weight, and at his last x-ray the vet pronounced him 100% healed and took him off any exercise restrictions. I don't know if the 'joint support' part of the formula was responsible for this, but it certainly didn't hurt. This was impressive though, because dogs over 15lbs or so rarely get over ACL damage without resorting to surgery.Even though he has lost the weight, I plan to keep him on this kibble for both the (possible) joint support and the fact that it has straightened out his digestion. Plus, he likes it and I have no problem getting him to eat it.Overall, this dog food is highly recommended.

This is a great option for my older dog. He loves to eat it too.

The dog food is really good. It helps my dog really lose his weight and helps with his legs. He really loves the food. He used to be grumpy and very slow, not he is a totally different dog, active and happy! Only thing I wish it made with fish or beef because my other dog is allergic to chicken.

This is the food my vet recommended and my dog has been on it for years without any issues.
