Cheap
Would not trust this to hold anything of value. Small and flimsy.

These work fine, not the most sturdy, but it keeps the boat of the ground.
I got these for a 45lb kayak. It's plenty strong for holding it up, it's a little flimsy- maybe because I have it at the max height it allows, but not too concerned. If I were using it with a heavier boat I might think twice.Overall, not bad especially if you need something portable, These collapse and fold so they don't take up much room.

These work great for elevating my kayak for maintenance....
These fold up easily and are heavy-duty. They hold my heavy kayak and I can even sit in the kayak to set up things.

These Work Well
I just received these kayak stands and tried them out right away. The basic features of these are nice and versatile. The lower half of the legs slides onto the upper half with a push-pin connector, and you can choose two different heights (my photos all show the higher choice). And the strap that determines how far the stands open also has a Velcro adjustment. I used those at their shortest setting for my 21 inch wide touring kayak. The stands are very light and easy to adjust, and they sit firmly when opened. The aluminum tubing has a fairly thick wall making the tubing feel sturdy. My kayak fit in the stands securely, and with the webbing strap adjusted as I have, some weight was being carried by the strap and some was from the kayak resting on the rubber bumpers that surround the tubing. My only word of caution is that while the stands feel sturdy, the span of each stand along the length of the kayak isn't that great, so they might tend feel a bit flexible if you push hard on the kayak from the front or back. For example, think of scrubbing the top of the kayak vigorously with a cloth – the stands will feel like their flexing a bit as you do that. That's not a negative, just a consequence of the stands being compact, light and portable. For really sturdy support, you'd be better off with some heavy, rigid sawhorses.Lastly, the stands are easy to store. You can hang them from the straps as in my photo, or hook the aluminum tube over a hook in the wall.Overall, I'm very happy with these and see no reason not to give them five stars for meeting my expectations based on the description.

A great purchase for sure
I've been looking for a simple and portable device to house my Native Slayer 12.5 Max. These work perfectly! It's lightweight, easy to fold and store, and it's affordable. Great way to get my bass kayak off the ground. They sit roughly level with my landing gear so they can be easily removed and reinstalled when I'm ready to move the kayak again. A great purchase for sure.
