Good Vampires Go to Heaven: A Deadly Angels Book (Deadly Angels)

I feel like one of my best friends has died. I have read all of the books about these silly viking vampire angels and while the idea is ludicrous the stories somehow always captured my imagination.This book was required to add Zeb's story to the 7 brothers (and the short Christmas novella) since the series really would not have been complete without this story.This was a great finale, Zeb's story was a mix of horror, insanity, romance, sex and action. What more could you ever want in a series finale? I could write a long review but if you have not read any of the books, you do not want to start here and if you have read the others (or at least most of them) you are going to love the story of Zeb and Regina along with the end of the overarching story-line with the hardly hidden good vs evil overtures.Bottom Line: Sad because this is the end, glad it went out with a great story. I doubt there is anything like these crazy Vangels and I am going to miss them a lot. 5 Stars and if you have not read all these books you probably would never understand why .

Another Sandra novel. Quirky, funny, sappy, simple. A good quick read if you an evening of silly romantic charm.

Wonderful ending to GREAT SERIES, have loved and enjoyed the whole series,fell in love with all the characters in each book and couldn't help but love the twins Gunnora and Gunner, and but most of all I came to love how they all were just one big family and that even Michael came to love the Vikings but wouldn't let them know it. I would tell anyone who likes Vikings to have fun reading this Great series, I cried, laughed, giggle and had right good time in all the books and can't wait to start rereading them again.

Sandra Hill you have given you readers a long ride on a worthy read. I fell in love with this series years ago and never stopped wanting more. This novel was a fine ending and a enjoyable one. Ever novel was a landmark in knowing the Vikings would come to a end dealing with seven brothers. Each one holds a special storytelling and a creative knowledge of the author ability to place her fantasy on parchment. Sandra Hill is one of my top shelve writer in my library.

I was really looking forward to Zeb's story, and enjoyed it, but I was incredibly disappointed in a couple things. First, Regina. This was a character that went well beyond snarky/snippy into plain old bitchy & unpleasant! It was impossible to root for her-she had to bite off every male head whether deserved or not, and she was just nasty! It was really disappointing, as usually Hill is able to write strong female characters without tipping into the negative realm. And the ending-very strange, given that evil is and always will be part of the world. To set up a fantasy world & then decide, oh, battle waged, everybody go back to normal now, seemed like a cop-out. I love Hill's books. The first 7 1/2 (the novella) of this series were great! This one just fell off the curve.

Having read every one of the Deadly Angel books, I have been waiting forever for Jeb's story. Jeb was the constantly abused, mistreated and misunderstood double agent. This story was well worth the wait! I have always been a sucker for fantasies of good vs evil where good always wins. I never realized how timely this message is until I read the forward to this book. It was a thoughtful, heartwrenching and, powerful message. Considering the fact that I read 200-250 books a year, that's saying a lot!

What a fitting yet surprising end to a great series. I loved every book and am sad to see it end, especially the way it did. I love all of Sandra Hill's books. They are funny, surprising, exciting and full of hot sex. This one brought all the previous books to a conclusion and gave St. Michael the final say on how this series would end.

What a great ending to a mesmerizing series. I loved every book and to have the finale be Zebulan's story, perfect. Although I am deeply saddened to see it end even though the author hints at possible future stories I find that I have a void. Good thing that the Cajun's are coming, I can't help but squeal a little at more Tante Lu Lu coming our way.

Absolutely brilliant loved the story from start to finish I angled that Zeb had a happy ending thank you .
