Dear Team,Two days ago, I purchased this TV and noticed a white ring appearing on the screen as soon as the first day. This happens when the screen goes black or when I switch to or exit an app. I never expected to receive such a defective product.

The picture is ok but I would not recommend this. I’ve had it only one month and it asks to update the software almost everyday. It’s not very user friendly and the Home Screen has too many things I don’t use but can’t remove. Apps also stop working and need to be updated every few days. I’m not sure why it needs so many updates. Update @ 2 months old: it’s now not connecting to the internet at all, even though every other device I have is. This has been one problem to the next. I miss my TCL.
