Great lemon flavor with 12g of protein. Just a on the pricey side for a protein bar.

I try to stay with vegan bars but I like that this has grassfed whey in it. It's a great option for a grab and go snack if I happen to get that afternoon muchies or just need something mentally. I try not to make bars a stable in my diet but here and there these are great.All bars, in my humble opinion, are glorified candy bars.....and still need to be eating with exercised caution. They can add up and have lots of ingredients that don't really equate as food in the body. I prefer to hard boil some eggs and just have one of those. They are more satiating and have one ingredient. But if you can't have eggs....then there is MOSH!! (this is my opinion and means nothing)

One of the best bars I've ever had. Gives you the feeling you are having something indulgent without the guilt. Great flavors.

We eat all different protein bars and natural bars. But, these are one of the worst tasting I’ve ever tried! And it’s food…so no returns and no money back.Please don’t waste your money on this product.

I am always looking for a healthy, non-sweet protein bar. They are very hard to find especially since I am gluten free and have a peanut sensitivity. These bars check all the boxes for me. Good tasting, high protein, high fiber, no added sugar, low sodium, soy free, no GMO and low saturated fat. An added benefit is that part of the proceeds go to Women's Alzheimer's Movement. Being a past care taker of someone with dementia and having this run in my family, this means a lot to me. It's a horrible disease!
