This is going to jack your forearms to another level. I love my Tornado. I do thousands of reps a day on it and have since I got it over a month ago. Oddly enough, it helps my shoulders stay strong, as well. Like a rehab on my bad shoulder. But your hands and forearms are going to get hit the hardest. I arm wrestle. so I am always working my hands and forearms. This is all of it in one. It is a bit heavy, but it is quality heft. It's easy to use and easy to adjust once you get the hang of it. You can adjust the levels to your level of comfort. Sometimes, I just use it to get blood into my hands and arms for recovery. Other times, I tighten it down and really work my muscles. I have used mine every day for over a month now, and I will continue to use it.

It seemed to be a decent forearm workout but I only got to use is for about 10 seconds. Because it broke on its first use. I took it apart and put the plastic gasket back onto the ball. As soon as I started to use it the gasket popped back out. Every time I put it back it would pop out and get jammed. I have emailed them everyday for the past 3 days and I have not heard anything back from them. I have just started to look at reviews about it online and on Amazon and I see this defect is common.

This product is one of the greatest products that I have ever had. Not only has my grip increased like crazy in only owning this product for 2 days, but, it also allowed me to use some of my physical therapy exercises for my tennis and golfers elbow and has made my forearms feel so much better. I have really bad forearm tendonitis from powerlifting for over a decade and, this is seriously the only thing that has helped my grip strength as much as it does. Truly an amazing device.

I don't work out forearms and this is a blast on my forearms. It's so st***d easy that I feel silly doing it but it's so effective. Unless your a professional body builder or pro athlete that utilizes forearms daily, this product it with it.Update 03-20-2025:The tolerances on the threads is poorly done. I was replacing a "puck" and couldn't get the threads to engage. My guess is that from the constant maneuvers twists and bends and turns that the threads- considering the poor tolerances- warped.I sent it back.

Setup was pretty straightforward, lots of helpful vids on YouTube and Amazon. It came with the standard black pads but they’ve upgraded to new pink ones which are much better which i got from their site.They got video list of exercises . My fave move is kinda like holding handles like a pen and doing this brushing motion, gets my forearms burning fast.Been ramping up my training for summer, just spinning it while chilling and watching TV, only takes few mins to really feel it in my forearms.The price was a bit high, i held off buying it for a year but finally pulled the trigger and no regrets, solid grip trainer, really well made.

Product has amazing potential but mine broke within first 5 minutes of using it. I followed the instructions exactly. The piece that broke is the small black plastic piece that goes between the handle and the middle part. I also noticed that the knurling was deeper on one handle compared to the other. Product would’ve been awesome if the black piece didn’t break. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to see how long the friction pants would last. When I looked on their website, they don’t offer a replacement for the black plastic pieces either.
