I bought a Rellaty pet fountain (ASIN B0B6GK5LKY) six weeks ago and my cat and I are very pleased. The unit just plain works.The only interaction I have with it is to clean it every couple of weeks and to pay attention to its water level, which I do by lifting one end an inch or two and estimating the water volume by weight.My cat's interaction with the fountain is quite different. He never cleans it or adds water to it. But he appears to enjoy having the choice to drink from either the spout or the horizontal surface.Its 3.2 liters (about 3.4 quarts) of water weighs about seven pounds. Adding about 1.5 pounds for the fountain itself makes it altogether a relatively lightweight combo. The unit's metal is thin, though, and one has to be careful carrying it when it's full (true for other pet fountains I've used). As it's advertised as being stainless steel, I'm not worried about the metal failing.Cleaning it every couple of weeks involves taking it apart and cleaning its components, replacing the filter and sponge (less frequently) and putting it back together. Less than a ten minute, extremely simple procedure.I keep the fountain near my computer. The fountain's pump shares the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) with my cable modem. As the pump only draws about 0.2 amps (1 watt from a 5 volt USB power port; see photo), in the unlikely chance there is a power outage, the pump should still continue running for almost three hours.I unreservedly recommend this Rellaty pet fountain.

Clean fresh flowing filtered water. There is a blue light in the pump but it is not visible from the outside. The water flows from the pump to the surface fountain and passes a filter before it is returned to the stainless steel container. The pump has a large object filter, but nothing large gets inside.I like this filter because it filters dust, debris , fur, before it can get into the container.I wish it had a window to show water levels.It was easy to set it and forget it until I realized there is no lie water indicators. I refill daily as a result and I purchased extra filters in advance with the fountain to be prepared for a filter change for any reason.Easy to clean. I rinse and wipe down with water and white vinegar when I do the filter change.Like that the filters needed are in stock.I bought this fountain to replace a prior pet fountain I bought in-store that had filters I could not find to order and replace. The filter dimensions and quadrant sizes were not found on Amazon. Maybe my prior pet fountain was discontinued when it was sold in the store.This fountain has been everything as described and worth the price.

I've had this water fountain for 2 weeks now and my cats love it. One of my cats has UT issues and so having many water sources is crucial for his health.I always make sure I get a water fountain that is either stainless steel or ceramic for as little bacteria growth as possible, and now I'm considering replacing my other water fountain with another one of these mainly because it's so easy to clean.Fountain came with a little cleaner for the smaller parts including the pump.

I ordered two fountains and one has already had its motor die after barely two months. I reached out to the company today for the 18 month pump warranty and I'm waiting to hear back on the new pumps delivery date. Will update when company reaches out. Otherwise it's been a great fountain, quiet, easy to clean and put together.Update: Company responded right away with a tracking number for new pump am assured me any further issues they'd be happy to help! New pump arrived and works great!

Our cat loves this fountain and it is much easier to maintain than a daily water bowl. It's not hard at all to clean and put back together, which I do every 2 to 3 weeks. I use my hot shot steamer and get all the areas clean. I lost a small part when cleaning (it went under something I guess when i dropped it) and got a replacement part very quickly. We even got a 2nd fountain just to be able to rotate while cleaning and to be sure we always have this fountain. Very reasonably priced for the quality too.

When I first discovered pet water fountains I was overwhelmed by the many choices available on amazon but I learned stainless steel was the better option so after looking through many stainless steel ones this brand rellaty really called my attention due to the good reviews, the size, and how easy it seemed to be able to set up. I have 3 cats and this is my second water fountain I have ordered and I truly recommend it!

My cats love this water fountain. I needed to get them to drink more water and the fountain is interesting to them and they like to drink the “running” water. It is very quiet, I do not hear it running. The fountain has helped my cats drink more water which is great for their health and well being. I highly recommend.

I purchased this system for my two cats. One was a little skeptical, but after a couple of days, he came around, and now both drink from it regularly. The filtering works well. The pump filter keeps "food debris" out of the pump, which I expect will extend its life.One complaint I have with this pump and many others I have considered is the pump itself. The manufacturer warns that you should not allow it to run dry, as this may harm the pump. A shutoff mechanism inside the tank would be a simple addition to prevent that from happening.
