This set was absolutely the perfect addition for creating a Harry Potter cake. It came with all the items listed in the description (not the glasses seen in the photo) and only took less than a minute to pop out the birthday sign. My birthday sign came complete and wasn't missing the letter "y," as stated in previous reviews. I added a couple of Harry Potter figures, also purchased from Amazon.

I purchased the cake topper set and used one of the demonstration photos as the basis for my decoration. The quality of the decorations exceeded my expectations. The wings are very sturdy. I taped them to the back of the snitch as there was no way to fasten them. I taped the sticks to the back of The happy birthday. It is very thin paper so you need to be very careful when punching the holes that you don’t tear it. Absolutely recommend and would purchase again!

My daughter picked this for her party, I opened it right before friends arrived.Tablecloth was stuck together so when I opened it ripped in the middle. Had to tape it.The happy birthday sign is spelled “happy birthda”There was no Y!! We looked through the pieces you punch out to see if it fell off but it wasn’t there. My husband had to makeshift a Y with the pieces.Not worth the money. Do not buy!!!!!I tried to get refund but it says I have to return item,‘I literally opened it right before party!

But the item said 16 pcs and I just counted 15pcs. I do t mind about the last one but I need to know what is the last piece.

It was too late to save the cake, but under the circumstances, it was the best possible resolution.The product is supposed to be pretty cute, and I would like it IF they spelled birthday correctly. it says “Happy Birthda” instead of “Happy Birthday”. Unfortunately, we have an ice cream cake, so I just got it out today to put on at the last minute. I was neither expecting a craft project having to punch out and assemble the sign, nor was I expecting it to be misspelled. Very disappointed. I’m going to have to try to make it work because I never thought to check it ahead of time. Who would anticipate they’d misspell BIRTHDAY on a birthday sign?!?!!! And it’s correct in the ad. Very frustrating.

I think they did a nice job with this wizard-themed cake decoration kit. It evokes elements of a certain popular boy wizard, with some nice accessories for your cake like a wand, pair of round glasses, and a red and gold striped tie. The tie is pretty legit - I was surprised by the quality of it. The wand is plastic, so more of a decoration or costume piece (which is fine as that's how it's promoted). Everything looked just as advertised and overall, I'm very happy with what I ordered.

This was to decorate the cake of a Harry Potter Fan and it didn’t disappoint. I thought the tie was part of the decor but sadly it was frosting. This review is going to ask me to rate for a child as a toy. I don’t consider this a toy it was decor for a cake. A couple pieces you can play with but that’s it. It was easy to assemble and looked very cute on my sadly frosted ( not my niche) cake. Birthday girl was very happy. Will get more than one use out of it as well.

I bought this kit for a Harry Potter Themed Birthday Cake. The golden snitch was detailed and pretty (although it does NOT come assembled. You pretty much have to jam the wings into the ball without breaking it. Mine came with extra gold balls). The Owl and broom were also very detailed and lovely and were easy to place on the cake. The castle looks nothing like hogwarts but I guess works if you like keeping it simple. I didn't use it for my cake. The Happy Birthday sign and stars were paper thin. (I almost didn't use them).Wish this set came with a sorting hat but it does not. Also, biggest disappointment was that this kit DOES NOT COME WITH HARRY POTTERS GLASSES! Even though you see them in a bunch of the pictures it is NOT included! Make sure to read those product descriptions which I wish I had done. Happy Baking Everyone!
