Perfect for beach day with the kiddos. It was fairly easy to set up between my husband and I while trying to keep on eye on a 4-year old and a 1-year old at the time. As far as beach day, it was windy and sunny on the day we brought it to the beach. We previously had a “travel” canopy that we brought to this same beach a year prior but the wind blew it away even though we pushed it as far as we could in the sand! So we knew we needed something different if we were going to come back.When the back is closed we unzipped the side for ventilation and it brought in a nice breeze. We didn’t open up the back part but I like that we have that option (I’m sure we will use it on the next trip). The extended tarp in the front is great because my husband, who is 6’1”, was able to stretch out. When I stood up inside (5’3”), I could almost stand up straight. So, there is good amount of space and the tent shape made me confident that it wouldn’t get blown away. It also helped being able to lay our towels on top to dry it out.The material feels like the typical thickness of a tent and is well put together. Like a normal tent, it comes with a bag to store everything away until your next trip. I can’t wait to use it again on the beach. We have also used it in our backyard because it comes with 2 different types of spikes for sand or dirt. I would buy this again if anything ever happened to the one we have now.

Perfect size for my dog and I. I don't know why people are trying to put chairs inside, it's clearly meant to be sat in on a blanket. It helped keep my dog cool for hours. It was pretty easy to set up, even with the wind blowing quite hard. The canopy did not work and that's why I'm leaving 4 stars. It was complicated so I just gave up. It is nice that the canopy is reflective. It gave an extra layer of protection when I folded it over the top. I'd say it's a good buy.

We took our 9 month old to the beach for the first time and we knew this was going to be a must! We loved it!! It was very windy and with the side pockets filled with sand and the stakes it never moved! We were afraid it was going to be hard to set up but it was very easy and we even done a test set up at home before we left!

A little complicated to set up. Okay quality. Worth the price.

Definitely a 2 person set up. The first day at the beach it was good. Small for 2 adults but worked. Second day poles snapped, tent ripped when they snapped, and tent collapsed. Poor quality materials for sure.

Love this! Purchased last summer and used it multiple times. We actually got stuck in a storm on the beach and shoved all the kids in here while we waited for it to pass. It for 2 teenagers and 4 littles comfortably while closed. It also has good air circulation when it was open and we were enjoying it in the sun.

Easy to set up and great for shade on a hot day!

This was easy to put up and take down. I needed something to make sure my toddler had shade in the Florida sun and this did the trick. My family of 5 was able to sit comfortably and all have some shade.
