Vocal steamer
I was recently diagnosed with a polyp and I was instructed to start steam my vocals to help give it more moisture. This steamer works perfectly and it a little big. But you can still take it with you until you invest in a mini portable that can fit in your bag. It’s easy to use and the money was worth it

Good product for personal use.
I like these personal steam inhalers for hydrating dry nasal passages or soothing iritated sinuses. I also find that it helps loosen mucus in the bronchi and makes a cough more productive without the use of OTC cough, cold and sinus meds.

***DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!!!***
I purchased this to help with a sinus infection. It worked very well 2-3 times and in the middle of using it, it just stopped working. It has a slight vibration to it while on. And I felt it suddenly stop as if the motor gave out. It no longer heats or produces steam. I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back for it. When I went to initiate a return, I was told it was non-returnable. I am absolutely livid about it!!! I was sold a defective product and now they’re saying I can’t return it!? That is unacceptable. I went with this brand over the more popular Vick’s brand because it was slightly cheaper. BIG mistake! Hopefully I will get this sorted out. But in the meantime I don’t have what I need for relief from sinus pain. I am just sick about it. :( DO NOT BUY!! Wasted my Time and money on this. I hardly ever write reviews. But I am so very upset about this.

A good steam gizmo
This seems to be a good solid vaporizer, for a reasonable price, though it has a few limitations. They get my praise for their nice instruction manual, which is actually big enough for old folks like me to be able to read. The device is corded, so it has to be used near an outlet. It's not designed to be hand-held, so it's difficult to find a table and chair that are at an appropriate height for the face and facepiece to come together comfortably. without strain on the neck and shoulders. A full charge of water (I used distilled water, because our Arizona tap water is very hard) gives steam for about 20 minutes. Even with the adjustment set to fullsa delivery, the steam is gentle and not at all harsh. One thing I don't understand is why this device, and others like it, have the plastic facepiece upside down. They all seem to have a facepiece that has a broad upper part and a narrow lower part. The logical facepiece would have the broad part beneath, to cover the mouth and chin, and a narrow upper part for the nose. Putting the face into this one has the mouth and chin in the narrow part, while the broad part covers and nose and part of each eye. Not a good arrangement. Addendum (after a couple of weeks use). I still find it works well as to the steam part. My initial impressions of the upside-down face piece remain. The chin does not fit well or comfortably into the narrow nasal part, while the broad mouth and chin parts extend over the eyes. If you are using the Halls mentholyptus insert, that means some eye irritation; best to keep the eyes shut. They really should correct the face-piece.

Not tied to electrical outlet.
A compact nebulizer that produces cool and heated mist. It uses proprietary Crane vaporpads that are smaller than most. It seems that you could trim another company’s pads and use them. The Crane pads currently come only in a nice eucalyptus and menthol scent. The device produces cool mist almost immediately and heated mist in about 30 seconds. There is no temperature control on the device but if it becomes uncomfortably warm you can reduce the temperature by pulling the mask away from your face slightly. Operation is cordless and the device is easy to use, clean and charge. It operates in 15 minute sessions before turning off automatically. A charge seems to last for 3 to 4 sessions.

Becomes faulty.
Product worked very well at first. Began leaking water around base when it was warming up. When warning up water was boiling. That wasn't happening before.

Very good device.
Though it takes about 4 minutes to produce steam, the device works really well. Easy to clean and handle.
