Beautiful car center
When I saw this car center on the Amazon site, I decided to order it for the center console of my Buick. This car center is quite beautiful, it's light weight with a thin rubber backing. The center console in my car is smooth leather, which is hot to the touch in summer and cold in winter. This is the reason I ordered this car center. Based on the measurements of the car center, I knew it wouldn't cover the entire center console. But, would cover enough to possibly protect my elbo/arm from the heat and cold. Prior to this, I used a large folded cotton scarf to cover the console. I gave this car center 4 stars because I have not had an opportunity to drive the car (which is parked in the garage) since the purchase. I am simply not sure the car center will not get hot and cold based on the temps in the car. It's rather thin and is made of a vegan leather like product, which could behave the same as real leather. Even if I have to put the scarf back on the center concole, this car center is a keeper because it looks really nice on my center console and it's a great price.

The quality
I really hate it, it’s not good at all. It can’t stay onMy arm rest. Wtv, I just lose my money.

Pleather, not leather
I should have read description better, disappointed at the small size. Only covers about half of my trucks center console and the material and finish not what I envisioned. I have now purchased a non skid rubber bath mat at Dollar Store to protect from dog nails.

Nice but did extra to make it work.
I love my little Kia Optima and I've kept the inside virtually blemish free, but I started noticing a wrinkling in a particular spot on the leather center console armrest. It hasn't torn through, but the years of resting my arm is getting the better of it. Saw this pad, it was the right color and so I gave it a try. It fits and blends well with my interior but it just lays on top and will fall off. The mat itself is thin, soft, and comfortable. I think the leather underneath is better protected when my arm is resting on it now. Its great but I was aggravated that the armrest mat would constantly slide off if I lift the console's lid and/or I would have to constantly search for it when I would get back into the car. I did extra steps to resolve the issue. The mat has little holes or perforations close enough to the perimeter's edge so, I added 1.2mm stretchy cord string through the holes, tied, and secured the mat to my armrest. It actually didnt take long and the mat now is securely in place. I took pictures to show. Now, I love the mat and it stays secure to the armrest and I don't have to go searching for it. That said, it's a good product and I am glad that it is designed with those little holes already so that I could make it work even better.

Thinner than a mouse pad
not what I was expecting.

It's just OK
This pad is universal, but make sure to measure your armrest before you order it. I didn't and it's just a little too wide to look nice in my car. Still, I'm using it anyway because the fabric is worn pretty badly on my armrest. The pad is comfortable but the underside is not very grippy so it tends to slide around too much and gets annoying. It actually stays in place better with the felt side down, but the grippy side feels sticky on my arm with it that way so that doesn't work for me either. I think if you have a noncloth interior it would work better for you.

Good basic center arm rest cover.
This arm rest cover is quite thin but it still feels nice and soft.In my case, I should have gotten this before I wore through the leather on my arm rest. For now, I will use it to protect the arm rest untill I can get it recovered. The top is nice and soft and the bottom is clingy to keep it from moving around. It appears that all of the layers (top, middle and bottom) are all molded togther vs being stiched.Since the pad ia all one piece, it looks like it will trim up nicely when I cut down the width a bit to make it fit my arm rest. The black is a good match for my dark charcoal leather interior.Good product for my application.Pic#1 top, pic#2 underside, pic#3 armrest before, pic#4 armrest after
