This is what my podiatrist told me to get for hallux rigidus. It fit in my shoe fine. There wasn’t a lot of extra room so if you are a half size you may want to go smaller not bigger. I hated having it in my shoe but it did what it was intended to do.

I got this for turf toe. I put it in a pair of running shoes. It worked perfectly. I used it for six weeks to let my toe heal.

It works well made I think a bit pricey o well

I personally don’t like it but it helps my toe from moving like the doctor wanted

My Orthopedist recommended this for metatarsal pain and it works great! I can play tennis and have much lestr foot pain afterwards.

My foot doctor recommended this to help with arthritis pain relief, but I found it so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it.
